Talk It Out Organization, abbreviated as TIO Org is a women- youth led org that was established in 2019.

We are an entity that advocates for Mental Health Wellness, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Education, Entreprenurial and Lifeskills training for Marginalised women and Youth here in Kenya.
We are actively fighting the stigma, demistifying and destroying the myths, cultural beliefs and misinformation that is associated with Mental Health related conditions.
Our services are both in person and virtual/ online based as we leverage on digital platforms through our social accounts.since inception, we’ve served over 76, 000 youth and women in Kenya through our various programs.

Our latest innovation is employee wellness cards designed to offer a unique approach to corporate wellness by providing personalized wellness plans for employees, all accessible through a convenient and user-friendly card system
